In the take over of Hong Kong in 1997, the Bank of Chine building became a new symbol of power for many local Hong Kongers. This moody shot was taken during Monsoon season from atop the Mandarin and required a 28 mm dense to get the whole building in one shot. The moon is real and the fog was a result of the storms in the area.
